• Role & Company / Project Overview Alfalat Travel is hiring a motivated, customer-focused, and experienced Travel Agent to join the team in Western Region Aldhafra, Abu Dhabi, UAE. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Handle flight bookings, ticket issuance, and reservations. - Assist customers with holiday packages and travel arrangements. - Manage hotel bookings and travel-related services. - Provide accurate information about tourist visas and travel requirements. - Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Previous experience working in a travel agency is preferred. - Knowledge of airline reservation systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is an advantage. - Good communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team and manage customer inquiries professionally. - Proficiency in English; Arabic and other languages are an advantage. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Western Region Aldhafra, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. - Company: Alfalat Travel. • Compensation & Benefits - Standard industry benefits as per UAE labor norms. • Application Instructions - Send your CV via LinkedIn direct message or email.
