Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: Abu Dhabi Golf Resort is seeking a dedicated Golf Reservation Agent (Male) to join the reservations team and coordinate booking services for golfers and resort guests. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Manage golf reservations, tee-time schedules, and tournament inquiries via phone, email, and booking platforms. - Provide accurate information on golf rates, green fees, packages, and membership benefits. - Process reservations accurately in the booking software and manage scheduling changes or cancellations. - Deliver excellent customer service and follow up on customer booking requests. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Strong communication, telephone etiquette, and guest service skills. - Experience in reservations, front desk, or customer support within golf or hospitality. - Proficiency in computer operations and reservation management systems. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Abu Dhabi Golf Resort, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. - Onsite resort reservations office. • Application Instructions: Interested candidates should email their updated CV to the provided recruitment addresses.
