• Role & Company / Project Overview Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi is seeking passionate, enthusiastic, and guest-focused hospitality professionals to join their team as a Guest Relations Agent. This opportunity invites candidates to become an integral part of delivering the distinguished Rixos guest experience at a premier luxury resort. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Serve as a primary point of contact for resort guests, providing warm welcomes, personalized attention, and dedicated hospitality assistance. - Deliver superior guest service while proactively anticipating and addressing guest inquiries, preferences, and requirements throughout their stay. - Foster positive interpersonal relationships and represent the high standards of the Rixos brand. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Fluency in the English language is strictly required. - Prior experience working within the hotel/hospitality industry is considered an advantage. - Demonstrated passion for guest service excellence and hospitality standards. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Working Location: Onsite at Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. • Application Instructions - Eligible candidates interested in this position can submit their CV via email to the designated recruitment contact.
