• Role & Company / Project Overview Reach Group is seeking confident, professional, and service-oriented individuals to join their client's team as VIP Guest Service Ambassadors at Saadiyat Grove, Abu Dhabi. The position requires a passion for luxury service and creating memorable guest experiences. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Deliver high-end VIP guest service and hospitality to visitors and clientele at Saadiyat Grove. - Act as a brand ambassador, providing assistance, information, and personalized service. - Foster excellent guest relations and resolve inquiries with elegance and discretion. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Confident, professional, and service-oriented personality with passion for luxury service. - Preferred Experience: Flight Attendant / Cabin Crew, VIP Customer Service, or Receptionist experience in 5-star hotels in the UAE. - Demographic/Language Profiles Welcomed: Eastern European, Russian-speaking, Uzbek, Kyrgyz, Chinese, Moroccan, Syrian. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Working Days: 5 days per week. - Working Hours: 9 hours per day, including a 1-hour break. - Shifts: Rotational shifts based on mall operating hours. - Weekend Availability: Required. - Location: Saadiyat Grove, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. • Application Instructions Interested candidates are invited to share their updated CVs for evaluation.
