• Role & Company / Project Overview: MENA Aparthotel and MENA Plaza Al Barsha in Dubai are looking for a professional Guest Service Agent to handle front desk and guest relations duties. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently while welcoming hotel guests warmly - Handle guest inquiries, room assignments, telephone reservations, and billing transactions - Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure prompt resolution of guest requests • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Hotel front desk / guest service experience is required - Applicants currently on tourist visas are eligible to apply - Must be present in the UAE and ready for an in-person interview - Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication, and customer relations skills • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Al Barsha, Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Onsite role • Compensation & Benefits: - Standard hotel employment package • Application Instructions: - Send your CV directly to the provided hiring contact email.
