We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead a team of QC operators in our KPO Centre. Responsibilities include ensuring resolve escalations, driving team performance and achieving operational targets, monitoring and analyzing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, developing and implementing process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any discipline, 5 years of experience in customer service preferably in a BPO, proven leadership experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Office and relevant software applications. Desired skills: Experience with customer service software (e.g., CRM, ticketing tools), knowledge of industry-specific processes (e.g., telecom), certification in customer service or leadership.
