We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Dyeing Master to join our growing textile manufacturing team. Location: Ajmer, Rajasthan. Industry: Embroidery Thread & Stitching Yarn Manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: Manage HTHP yarn/thread dyeing operations. Develop and maintain dyeing recipes for consistent shade matching. Ensure quality standards for color fastness and shade reproducibility. Optimize dyeing processes to improve productivity and reduce costs. Supervise dyeing operators and maintain production schedules. Monitor chemical and dyestuff consumption. Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in the dye house. Requirements: Minimum 5-3 years of experience in yarn or embroidery thread dyeing. Strong knowledge of polyester, viscose and dyeing using disperse dyes. Experience with HTHP dyeing machines. Good understanding of shade matching, quality control, and process optimization. Ability to lead a production team and solve technical issues independently.
