International General Transport is looking for an experienced and dynamic Transport Manager to join our growing team. Job responsibilities include managing daily operations of the company's transport fleet and heavy equipment, overseeing preventive maintenance, repairs, servicing, and performance of machinery and vehicles, handling all official documents, permits, registrations, insurance, and regulatory compliance requirements, coordinating with government authorities, suppliers, and service providers, developing business opportunities and arranging rental of machinery and equipment with various companies across the UAE, preparing quotations, rental agreements, and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring efficient utilization of equipment and maximizing operational productivity. Requirements include a minimum of 4 years of UAE experience in transport, fleet, or equipment management, strong knowledge of heavy machinery maintenance and operations, experience in handling official documentation and regulatory procedures, proven ability to coordinate and market equipment rentals, excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, and a valid UAE Driving License will be an added advantage.
