Responsibilities include handling OP and IP approvals accurately, coordinating with insurance providers for authorizations and follow-ups, ensuring complete and timely documentation submission, and maintaining compliance with UAE insurance regulations and hospital policies. Requirements: educational background in Healthcare (Mandatory), strong knowledge of UAE insurance processes for OP & IP approvals, minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in the UAE healthcare sector (Mandatory), good communication and coordination skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
