Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: CSCEC Steel is currently looking for a qualified Factory Safety Supervisor to join our team at our steel structure production facility located in Ain Sokhna, Suez (TEDA Industrial Zone). Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Daily safety inspections: Conduct daily safety inspections of workshops and factory areas; identify and record violations of operating procedures and regulations. • Hidden danger investigation & rectification: Identify safety hazards on site, register and report them, track the rectification process, and ensure closed-loop management of hazards. • Supervision of special operations: Provide full on-site supervision for high-risk operations, including hot work, confined space entry, work at height, and temporary electricity use. • Safety training: Assist in organizing three-level safety education for new employees and regular on-the-job safety training; maintain training sign-in sheets, assessment records, and training files. • Emergency management: Participate in the revision of emergency plans; assist in organizing emergency drills such as fire and leak drills; regularly inspect the condition of firefighting and emergency supplies. • Occupational health management: Supervise the proper wearing, requisition, and replacement of PPE; manage occupational hazard points; assist in completing employee occupational health check-ups and filing. • Safety ledger management: Establish and maintain complete safety ledgers for hazards, work permits, training, PPE, and emergency supplies, ensuring records are complete and traceable. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 3 years of overall safety management experience. • 3+ years of safety management experience specifically in steel structure, steel, or other factory settings (candidates without previous safety management experience in a factory setting will not be considered). • Industry background: Steel / Steel Structure factory. • Proficient in English with excellent oral communication skills. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: TEDA Industrial Zone, Ain Sokhna, Suez Governorate, Egypt. • Onsite factory environment.
