Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring a skilled and experienced Civil QA/QC Engineer to join our project team for a Large-Scale Industrial Construction Project in Ain Sokhna, Egypt. The engineer will ensure that all civil construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and approved procedures. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Conduct quality inspections for civil and structural construction activities - Review and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Method Statements - Prepare and manage Inspection Requests (IRs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), and quality records - Monitor concrete works, reinforcement, formwork, earthworks, and finishing activities - Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors regarding inspections, testing, and quality approvals - Identify non-conformities, issue NCRs, and follow up on corrective actions - Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and applicable international standards - Maintain quality documentation and support project handover activities • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering - 5–8 years of relevant QA/QC experience in construction projects - Previous experience in major industrial construction projects is mandatory - Very good command of English (written and spoken) is mandatory - Strong knowledge of ITPs, Method Statements, IRs, MIRs, NCRs, and QA/QC procedures - Familiarity with international construction codes and standards - Strong reporting, documentation, and coordination skills - Ability to work effectively within a multinational project team • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Ain Sokhna, Egypt - Project Type: Large-Scale Industrial Construction Project • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified • Application Instructions Qualified candidates are invited to send their updated CV via WhatsApp. Please mention 'Civil QA/QC Engineer – Ain Sokhna' when applying.
