Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced Solution Architect specializing in Full-Stack and Mobile Application Architecture to drive end-to-end technical designs, system scalability, and technical leadership across modern web and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design end-to-end architectures for full-stack web and mobile applications. • Create and maintain Solution Architecture Documents (SADs), Technical Design Documents (TDDs), Architectural Decision Records (ADRs), C4 diagrams, and API contracts. • Lead design reviews, architectural governance, and technical decision-making. • Build prototypes, review code, resolve complex technical challenges, and mentor developers. • Design scalable APIs, database models, integrations, and cloud-based solutions. • Drive performance optimization, load testing, observability, monitoring, and incident response strategies. • Collaborate with business stakeholders and delivery teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions. • Leverage AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) to accelerate development, improve documentation, and enhance engineering productivity. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including a minimum of 2+ years in a dedicated Solution Architect role. • Mandatory hands-on expertise in Java or .NET and object-oriented programming principles. • Proven experience with modern front-end frameworks: React, Angular, or Next.js. • Experience architecting mobile applications; Flutter is an added advantage. • Strong understanding of REST APIs, event-driven architecture, and GraphQL. • Practical hands-on experience with AWS managed services. • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). • Solid knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, caching strategies, data retention, and consistency patterns. • Proven experience authoring SADs and TDDs, leading architectural governance in Agile/SAFe environments. • Good to have: Domain-Driven Design (DDD), microservices, AWS Solutions Architect certification or TOGAF, consulting/multi-client delivery experience, stakeholder communication, and AI enablement capabilities.
