Role & Company / Project Overview NextCoreHR is hiring an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect / Technology Architect with strong expertise in Cloud, Full-Stack Engineering, Generative AI, and Agentic AI to lead complex technology solutions for Life Sciences and Healthcare clients. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Define scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise application architectures. • Design microservices, APIs, event-driven, and cloud-native solutions. • Lead application modernization, re-platforming, and cloud transformation initiatives. • Create architecture blueprints, solution designs, technical roadmaps, and ADRs. • Develop and troubleshoot full-stack solutions using Java/Python with React/Angular. • Build Spring Boot services, REST APIs, integrations, and production-grade POCs. • Architect AWS solutions using EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, CloudWatch, and Bedrock. • Design and implement LLM, RAG, AI Agent, and Agentic workflow solutions. • Apply AI-native engineering practices across the software development lifecycle. • Lead client workshops, technical discussions, and architecture reviews. • Mentor engineering teams and drive technology best practices. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 15–20 years of relevant technology experience. • Strong Enterprise/Solution Architecture experience. • Deep knowledge of Microservices, APIs, Distributed Systems, and Event-Driven Architecture. • Strong hands-on experience in Java and/or Python, Spring Boot, and REST APIs. • Experience with React and/or Angular. • Strong AWS Cloud Architecture experience. • Hands-on experience with Generative AI, RAG, AI Agents, and Agentic workflows. • Experience with Amazon Bedrock, LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, or similar technologies. • Strong experience in application modernization and cloud transformation. • Experience working with Life Sciences and/or Healthcare organisations. • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills. • Highly Valued: Experience with Harness Engineering or comparable AI-native engineering approaches, including the use of AI agents across requirements, architecture, development, testing, code review, documentation, and CI/CD. • Nice to Have: Azure / Google Cloud Platform; Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Devin, or similar AI engineering tools; AI/ML platforms and agent orchestration technologies; experience building reusable architecture accelerators and engineering frameworks.
