• Role & Company / Project Overview Seeking a highly skilled AI-Native Technical Architect to lead architecture initiatives, drive AI-powered engineering practices, and design scalable cloud-native solutions in a regulated healthcare environment. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Architect AI-native solutions and enterprise applications. - Drive AI-enabled software development and engineering automation. - Lead architecture reviews, technical governance, and critical design decisions. - Guide engineering teams on scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability. - Mentor engineers and promote modern software delivery practices. - Collaborate across product, data, platform, and security teams. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 10+ years of technical and architectural experience. - Strong expertise in Solution & Application Architecture. - Hands-on expertise in AI-assisted development and agent-based workflows (AI agents, copilots, code generation, automated testing). - Proficient in Java, Golang, and Spring Boot. - Deep understanding of microservices, cloud-native architecture, distributed systems, and streaming technologies. - Expertise in API design and enterprise integrations. - Solid experience in CI/CD, DevOps, observability, and APM. - Demonstrated background in technical leadership and architecture governance. - Healthcare & Life Sciences domain experience is preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Employment Type: C2C (Contract-to-Contract). - Location: Remote (USA). • Compensation & Benefits - Competitive C2C contract rates commensurate with senior-level architecture experience. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should submit their resumes along with full contact details via email.
