Role & Company / Project Overview: Seeking a seasoned mobile technology professional passionate about building scalable, high-performance cross-platform applications for a Senior .NET MAUI Developer / Mobile Framework Architect role. The position involves driving mobile solution design, architecting reusable frameworks, and guiding engineering teams. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Drive overall mobile solution design and architectural blueprints. - Architect reusable frameworks and design modular components across cross-platform mobile solutions. - Guide, mentor, and provide technical leadership to development teams. - Ensure high adherence to object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, SOLID principles, and design patterns. - Lead technical solutioning, architecture decision-making, and complex problem-solving. - Collaborate closely with technical teams, cross-functional partners, and project stakeholders. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Overall Experience: 14+ years of overall IT experience. - Core Technologies: Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET. - Mobile Frameworks: Deep expertise in .NET MAUI and Xamarin. - Additional Technologies: Experience with React Native. - Architecture & Design: Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns, mobile framework architecture, and reusable component design. - Technical Leadership: Strong solutioning, technical design, and problem-solving skills with demonstrated capability to lead and mentor teams. - Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
