We are looking for a smart, presentable, and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive for a reputed jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should have fluent communication skills and a welcoming personality to create an excellent customer experience in the showroom. Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers warmly when they enter the showroom. Understand customer requirements and guide them accordingly. Offer water and ensure customers feel comfortable during their visit. Coordinate with Gold, Silver & Diamond sales teams based on customer preferences. Maintain professional and polite communication with customers. Build positive relationships with walk-in clients and provide excellent service. Support the showroom team in handling customer flow smoothly. Ensure high customer satisfaction and a premium showroom experience. Requirements: Fluent communication & interpersonal skills. Pleasant personality with professional behavior. Ability to understand customer needs quickly. Customer service or retail experience preferred. Timing: 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM.
