This is a senior, client-embedded leadership role responsible for end-to-end delivery and governance of AI programs for renewables-sector clients in Gujarat, India. The role involves managing concurrent AI/automation programs, establishing delivery governance frameworks (RAID, RACI, milestone gates, steering-committee cadence), acting as the primary senior contact up to CXO level, managing change requests and scope negotiations, leading delivery managers and tech leads, and maintaining technical fluency in Agentic AI, LLMs, ML, and RPA. Required experience is 10-15 years in IT/technology delivery with at least 4 years leading AI/ML, data, or automation programs. The position is based on-site in Ahmedabad with client-facing responsibilities.
