The role involves planning and executing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to generate high-quality international B2B leads for custom mobile and web app development services. Responsibilities include optimizing campaigns to improve CPL, ROI and conversions, managing budgets and bidding, performing A/B testing, and tracking performance using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel and UTM. Candidates should have 1-3+ years of experience in performance or digital marketing with hands-on experience on these platforms. Immediate joiners are preferred.
