Job description

Upman Placements is recruiting a Senior Beverage Project Manager to lead end-to-end greenfield beverage factory projects in Accra, Ghana. The role requires deep expertise in soya and flavoured milk processing, complete factory setup, and extensive technical knowledge spanning dairy, juices, carbonated soft drinks (CSD), and other beverage segments. Key technical qualifications include hands-on experience with UHT, aseptic, hot-fill, and cold-fill technologies, alongside machinery from Sidel, Tetra Pak, or SIG. Responsibilities encompass managing greenfield and brownfield project delivery, equipment vendor selection and management, plant engineering, process optimization, installation, and final plant commissioning. This position operates on a 2-year contract offering USD 4,500 monthly plus local expenses, company benefits, free accommodation, free electricity, house maid support, and 1 month paid leave upon contract completion.
