We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Specialist to support a growing real estate development business. The successful candidate will manage the full employee lifecycle, establish HR processes, ensure compliance, and contribute to building a high-performing workplace culture. Key responsibilities include managing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee exits; developing and implementing HR policies and procedures; administering attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination; designing and coordinating training and development programmes; handling employee relations and resolving internal disputes; conducting performance reviews; ensuring compliance with Ghana Labour Act and SSNIT regulations; reporting to the General Manager. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field; minimum 3 years of HR experience; prior exposure to real estate or construction sectors is an advantage; solid knowledge of Ghana Labour Act (Act 651) and SSNIT regulations; strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/HRIS software; high level of integrity, discretion, and organisational skills; emotional intelligence; attention to detail; ability to work independently in a start-up environment; adaptability and resilience.
