We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Director to lead the financial strategy, planning and performance of a growing real estate development company. The successful candidate will provide strong financial leadership, drive profitability and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include financial strategy development, budgeting and forecasting, financial management, reporting and analysis, project feasibility evaluation, risk and compliance, team leadership, and stakeholder management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; professional qualification (ACCA, ICA Ghana, CPA) highly desirable; minimum 7-10 years of progressive finance experience with at least 3 years in a senior finance leadership role; experience in real estate development or construction is essential; strong knowledge of financial reporting (IFRS), budgeting, forecasting, taxation, and financial analysis; proficiency in financial software and ERP/accounting systems; excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
