We are seeking a smart, analytical, and career-driven Internal Auditor to strengthen our internal control environment and support operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience auditing financial and operational processes within the hospitality sector and possess a keen eye for detail, risk identification, and compliance. The successful candidate will play a key role in safeguarding company assets, improving processes, ensuring policy compliance, and supporting management with actionable insights. Key responsibilities include conducting regular audits of financial, operational, and administrative processes; reviewing revenue, cash handling, procurement, inventory, and payroll activities; evaluating internal controls; identifying operational risks and fraud indicators; verifying compliance; preparing audit reports; following up on findings; performing spot checks; assisting with risk mitigation strategies; supporting external auditors; and analysing trends for efficiency improvements. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or a related field, 3–5 years of audit/accounting/internal control experience, and hospitality/service industry experience preferred.
