We are seeking an experienced Card Operations Specialist with strong expertise in card transaction reconciliation, settlement, and scheme processing. Key responsibilities include handling scheme transaction reconciliation and settlement activities, managing Visa and MasterCard issuing operations and transaction processing, working with Master Connect Portal for scheme-related operations, monitoring and supporting transaction authorization and settlement flows, performing financial processing, voucher preparation, and GL reconciliation, investigating and resolving reconciliation and settlement discrepancies, supporting UAESWITCH transaction settlement activities, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations and card scheme operational standards. Required skills include strong experience in Card Operations within the Banking/Payments domain, hands-on experience with Visa and MasterCard issuing and settlement processes, working knowledge of Master Connect Portal, good understanding of scheme transaction authorization and settlement flows, experience in financial processing, voucher preparation, and GL reconciliation, understanding of UAESWITCH transaction settlement, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
