We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Manager with strong Gulf experience and expert knowledge of UAE Labour Law to lead and manage our HR function in Abu Dhabi. The role includes developing HR strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring full compliance with UAE Labour Law, leading talent acquisition, managing employee relations, designing HR policies, overseeing performance management, managing compensation and benefits, driving employee engagement, leading learning and development, maintaining HR records, handling visa processing, supporting leadership with HR analytics, and ensuring smooth offboarding. The ideal candidate has minimum 8+ years of HR experience with Gulf/UAE exposure, strong expertise in UAE Labour Law, proven experience in a senior HR role, excellent leadership and communication skills, a bachelor's degree in HR or related field, and HR certifications (CIPD/SHRM) are an advantage.
