We are hiring a Manager for Product Development (Footwear & Ready Made Garments) at Richie Group, located in 10th of Ramadan. This is a full-time position. Key responsibilities include leading product development for shoes from concept to final sample, coordinating with design, merchandising, production, and sourcing teams, developing samples based on buyer tech packs and specifications, ensuring accurate costing and target margin achievement, monitoring development timelines and ensuring on-time sample delivery, communicating with local and international buyers regarding development progress, conducting trend research for footwear categories, maintaining sample libraries, development records, and seasonal product plans, and ensuring product designs are feasible for mass production. Educational qualification requires a B.Sc. or Degree in Leather Engineering, Footwear Technology, Garments or a relevant discipline. Experience required is 7–10 years in Product Development within the footwear and/or garment industry. Requirements include strong knowledge of materials, construction, and manufacturing processes, excellent communication and coordination skills, and proficiency in MS Office and product development systems.
