The role requires 5-10 years of sales experience with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or leadership role. Experience in luggage manufacturing or similar industrial sectors is highly preferred. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth, strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, leading and developing the sales team, expanding market share, building customer and distributor relationships, monitoring sales performance, analyzing market trends, preparing forecasts and reports, and coordinating with other departments.
