Gear Technical Services is seeking an experienced Lab Supervisor to oversee laboratory operations at our Blending Plant. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Chemistry, or Engineering, with 5–7 years of laboratory testing experience (lubricants preferred). The candidate should demonstrate strong leadership, team management, and communication skills, with ISO 9001 awareness being beneficial. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
