We are hiring an HR Generalist for a leading manufacturing company in 10th of Ramadan City. Key requirements: Minimum 6 years of progressive HR experience. Previous experience within manufacturing or industrial environments is highly preferred. Strong background in Personnel, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Attendance Management, and HR Operations. Sound knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Work location: 10th of Ramadan City. Benefits: Transportation provided. Morning shift (working hours end at 3:00 PM).
