We are seeking an English-speaking Call Center Agent to join our team in 10th of Ramadan City. As the first voice our customers hear, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve issues, and create positive experiences. Responsibilities include answering inbound calls and making outbound follow-ups, listening closely to understand customer needs, resolving issues promptly and escalating complex ones, maintaining accurate records in our CRM system, and working collaboratively within a supportive team. Qualifications include customer-facing experience in call center, retail, hospitality, or similar; a calm, patient, solution-focused attitude; fluent spoken and written English; comfort with computers, CRM tools, and office software; and a high school diploma or equivalent.
