• Role & Company / Project Overview: An industry-leading company in the precision manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced 5-Axis CNC Machinist / CNC Programmer Supervisor for a direct-hire opportunity in the Warsaw, Indiana area. This position combines hands-on technical machining expertise with production leadership in a high-precision manufacturing environment. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Program, set up, and operate 5-axis CNC machinery. - Troubleshoot and optimize CNC programs to ensure efficient manufacturing cycles. - Apply strong knowledge of G-Code, machining processes, specialized tooling, and quality standards. - Lead, mentor, and supervise machining teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. - Ensure strict adherence to precision tolerances and high-quality production standards. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum 3+ years of CNC programming experience. - Demonstrated experience with 5-axis machining. - Proficiency in CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, SolidWorks, or equivalent tools. - Strong expertise in G-Code, machining processes, tooling selection, and quality control. - Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize CNC programs. - 3 to 5 years of leadership/supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Onsite position located in Warsaw, Indiana. - Full-time manufacturing schedule. • Compensation & Benefits: - Attractive compensation package based on relevant experience. • Application Instructions: - Submit resume and salary requirements via the provided recruitment contact.
