• Role & Company / Project Overview: Chase Technical Staffing is currently seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator (CNC Lathe & Mill Operator) to join the team in Elgin, IL. This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity within a clean, organized, and precision-driven manufacturing facility. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Set up and operate multi-axis CNC lathes and mills using Fanuc controls. - Machine precision components from stainless steel and non-ferrous materials. - Read and interpret complex engineering blueprints and technical drawings. - Inspect finished parts and components utilizing precision measuring tools such as micrometers, gauges, and optical comparators. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 4+ years of CNC Lathe or Mill setup experience. - Experience with Fanuc controls is strictly required. - Proven multi-axis CNC lathe and mill experience. - Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints. - Hands-on experience machining stainless steel and non-ferrous materials. - Proficient in the use of precision measuring instruments (micrometers, gauges, comparators). • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Shifts: 1st Shift & 2nd Shift opportunities available. - Location: Elgin, Illinois, United States. - Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire. • Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour (based on experience). - Clean, organized manufacturing facility. - Strong benefits package provided upon direct hire. - Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE). • Application Instructions: Interested candidates should submit their resume via email or direct inquiry as directed.
