Role & Company / Project Overview: Staffmark is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer with Mastercam 2024 and Haas Programming experience to join a manufacturing team in Poway, CA. This is a Direct Hire position. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Create and upload CNC programs using CAM software. • Program and operate 3-axis mills and turning machines. • Machine production parts and R&D prototypes. • Select tooling, fixtures, and materials. • Perform initial inspections to ensure parts meet specifications. • Develop setup procedures and improve machining processes. • Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 2–5+ years of CNC programming experience. • Mastercam 2024 – Required. • Haas Programming – Must-have. • Experience programming and operating 3-axis mills and turning centers. • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and blueprints. • In-depth knowledge of G-code, tooling, fixtures, feeds, and speeds. • Experience with CNC setup, troubleshooting, and precision measuring instruments. • Preferred: Experience with mill-turn centers, HMCs, and shock absorbers or suspension products. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Poway, California, United States. • On-site manufacturing facility. • Position Type: Direct Hire.
