### Role & Company / Project Overview WE2HIRE is seeking an experienced AR Trainer to join their US Healthcare RCM team in Vizag. The role involves training operational teams on Denial Management, voice process techniques, and Accounts Receivable calling standards. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Design, conduct, and monitor training modules for AR Callers on US healthcare billing and denial management. • Train new hires and existing staff on payer escalation procedures, claim follow-ups, and appeal processes. • Assess trainee performance, conduct calibration sessions, and deliver refresher courses. • Maintain comprehensive training records, evaluate learning metrics, and ensure adherence to operational KPIs. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in US Healthcare RCM and AR training. • In-depth knowledge of healthcare denial management, payer rules, and voice process methodologies. • Strong presentation, mentoring, and coaching skills. • Immediate joiners only. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Vizag (Visakhapatnam), Andhra Pradesh, India • Work model: Work From Office (WFO) ### Application Instructions Qualified candidates who can join immediately can apply via the online application link or contact HR directly.
