Role & Company / Project Overview: Urgent hiring for experienced professionals in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Healthcare Industry in Navi Mumbai. This role is for an AR/PA Trainer responsible for training operations and process excellence. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Train associates and teams on Accounts Receivable (AR) and Prior Authorization (PA) processes within the healthcare RCM domain • Conduct process training sessions, assess trainee performance, and ensure smooth process onboarding • Facilitate continuous knowledge management and operational learning across teams Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 3+ years of overall relevant experience • Minimum 3 years of Trainer experience on paper • RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) industry experience is mandatory Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra • Shifts: Must be comfortable working both day and night shifts Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: ₹7,00,000 to ₹8,00,000 per annum (7–8 LPA) Application Instructions: • Interested candidates should share their updated CV via email or WhatsApp. Refer to the contact fields for direct details.
