### Role & Company / Project Overview WE2HIRE is recruiting an experienced Voice & Accent Trainer in Vizag to train professionals working on US Healthcare RCM voice process and denial management accounts. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Conduct voice, accent, and soft skills training for customer service and AR calling representatives. • Coach team members on phonetics, neutral accent, syllable stress, intonation, and effective US customer interaction. • Perform voice quality audits, identify areas for improvement, and lead one-on-one feedback sessions. • Develop training modules and exercises to enhance caller confidence, empathy, and professional call etiquette. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience as a Voice & Accent Trainer, preferably within international BPO or US Healthcare voice processes. • Strong expertise in voice modulation, accent neutralization, language training, and call monitoring. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Immediate joiners only. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Vizag (Visakhapatnam), Andhra Pradesh, India • Work model: Work From Office (WFO) ### Application Instructions Eligible and interested immediate joiners can apply directly through the provided application link or contact HR.
