Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented QC Inspector to serve as our quality representative at supplier factories in Vietnam and overseas. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Serve as quality representative across supplier factories - Inspect seafood products ensuring strict quality assurance and standards compliance - Read, interpret, and implement product specifications in English - Travel regularly to visit and audit supplier factories domestically and abroad • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Degree in Food Technology, Fisheries, Biology, or a related field - QC/QA experience in seafood, ideally with fish (snapper, grouper, wahoo) and frozen products - Basic knowledge of HACCP, GMP, Food Safety, and AQL - Able to read specifications in English - Willingness and ability to travel regularly to supplier factories • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Based in Vietnam, with regular travel to factories in Vietnam and overseas • Application Instructions - Submit CV directly to the designated recruitment contact email
