Role & Company / Project Overview Tessellation Binh Duong Company Limited is hiring a Quality Assurance for Buyer professional. This role offers the opportunity to establish a solid foundation in Quality Management and work directly with international customers in the garment and textile industry. The position level is flexible and negotiable based on candidate experience and competency. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Act as the main point of contact for customers on quality and technical matters related to garment products • Analyze root causes, propose corrective actions, and prepare quality management process and KPI reports • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve and prevent product quality issues and respond to customer concerns • Ensure products meet technical requirements and customer quality standards • Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) • Coordinate CAPA activities and continuous improvement quality projects Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Bachelor's degree or higher, with a major in Textile and Garment Engineering preferred • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Quality Management • Good understanding of QMS, AQL, garment manufacturing processes, and quality tools such as 5 Whys, CAPA, and PDCA • Fluent in English; basic Chinese is an advantage • Willing and able to travel for customer visits as required by the job Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: 15 Dai Lo Tu Do, Viet Nam-Singapore Industrial Park, Binh Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City / Binh Duong, Vietnam • Company shuttle bus provided for employees from Ho Chi Minh City to the factory Compensation & Benefits • Negotiable salary with annual salary review • 14 annual leave days per year • Free health insurance and accident insurance coverage starting from the probation period Application Instructions • Submit your CV to Ms. Hien at the designated recruitment contact email.
