Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: Fushan Technology Vietnam (FIH) is hiring a Customer Quality Engineer to resolve customer quality issues, lead root cause analysis, and drive effective corrective actions. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Handle customer quality issues, audits, and overall satisfaction. - Manage complaints, prepare 8D reports, and ensure timely responses. - Lead root cause analysis and verify corrective action effectiveness. - Manage customer requirements, support PPAP, track quality KPIs, and prepare monthly reports. - Maintain a proactive approach to shop-floor problem-solving. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 1–3 years of manufacturing QA/QC experience, including customer complaint handling. - Good English communication skills; proficiency in Chinese is a plus. - Strong analytical, learning, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. - Automotive / IATF 16949 or electronics/hardware manufacturing experience preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Working Location: VSIP Industrial Park, Tu Son Ward, Bac Ninh city, Vietnam. • Application Instructions: Apply via Zalo or direct contact hotline.
