Role & Company / Project Overview: ELITEUR TECHNOLOGIES is hiring passionate and dedicated Non-Technical Trainers (20 Openings) for an upcoming training project. The role is focused on preparing learners in aptitude, reasoning, and verbal skills for competitive placements. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Train students in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability. • Conduct training sessions, practice drills, and doubt-clearing sessions. • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve placement readiness. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Strong command over Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability concepts. • Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in non-technical/aptitude training. • Strong communication, pedagogical, and classroom management abilities. • Must be ready to commit to the project for 5 to 10 months. • Availability to attend the mandatory offline assessment and teaching demo on November 15, 2026, in Vellore, Tamil Nadu. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Project Commencement: Last week of November 2026. • Project Duration: 5–10 months. • Location: Vellore, Tamil Nadu (Final project location assigned based on project requirements). • Selection Venue: Vellore, Tamil Nadu. Compensation & Benefits: • Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 per month. • Travel, Food & Accommodation (TFA) provided by the company for both the selection process and the project.
