Role & Company / Project Overview: ELITEUR TECHNOLOGIES is looking for dedicated Non-Technical Trainers (20 Openings) for an upcoming institutional training project in Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh, guiding students in aptitude and employability skills. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Deliver structured training modules in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability. • Guide learners through shortcut techniques, analytical problem solving, and language comprehension. • Conduct continuous performance evaluations and demo tests. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Deep subject knowledge in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability. • Freshers to 2 years of experience in non-technical/aptitude training. • Good presentation and interactive teaching skills. • Ability to commit to a 5–10 month project duration. • Availability to participate in the offline assessment and demo on November 15, 2026, at Vellore, Tamil Nadu. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Project Commencement: Last week of November 2026. • Project Duration: 5–10 months. • Location: Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh (Final project location assigned based on project requirements). • Selection Venue: Vellore, Tamil Nadu. Compensation & Benefits: • Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 per month. • Travel, Food & Accommodation (TFA) provided by the company for both the selection process and the project.
