Role & Company / Project Overview We are actively looking for a hands-on, highly skilled Geneva Tech Lead (Manager/Lead level) for a critical client enterprise implementation and upgrade project within asset management, hedge funds, or private credit. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Technical Leadership: Serve as the technical lead on SS&C Advent Geneva version upgrades or major enterprise implementations within asset management, hedge funds, or private credit. • Code Review & Offshore Direction: Review code and direct offshore developers with hands-on familiarity in Geneva architecture, database schemas, and RSL reporting logic. • Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: Coordinate third-party software vendors (SS&C), managed service partners (GSS), and distributed offshore technical teams. • Go-Live Management: Author and manage end-to-end go-live runbooks for mission-critical financial applications. • Data & Architecture: Handle financial data integration pipelines, relational databases, advanced SQL, and Unix/Linux environments. • Financial Domain Expertise: Apply functional knowledge of Capital Markets financial instruments (bank loans, leveraged credit, fixed income) and fund accounting lifecycles (NAV, accruals, general ledger). Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Work Authorization: US Citizens only. • Proven track record leading or serving as a technical lead on SS&C Advent Geneva upgrades or enterprise implementations. • Strong technical depth in relational databases, advanced SQL, Unix/Linux, and financial data integration pipelines. • Hands-on familiarity with Geneva architecture, database schemas, and RSL reporting logic. • Functional knowledge of Capital Markets financial instruments and fund accounting lifecycles. • Experience coordinating third-party software vendors, managed service partners, and offshore teams. • Demonstrated ability to author and manage end-to-end go-live runbooks. • Preferred Qualifications: Experience integrating Geneva with Allvue Everest (Order Management System) and IVP Fund Master (Master Data Management). • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Snowflake data warehousing and AWS cloud environments.
