Role & Company / Project Overview: We are looking for a skilled Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) Developer with hands-on experience building advanced dashboards, datasets, dataflows, recipes, and analytics solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will combine strong Salesforce analytics expertise with practical experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery efficiency. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA / Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics) • Development of dashboards, lenses, datasets, and reports • Strong experience building and optimizing Dataflows, Recipes, and Data Sync processes • Proficiency in SAQL and SOQL for advanced analytics and reporting • Experience with dashboard bindings, dynamic filters, parameters, and custom JSON configurations • Data modeling, data transformation, and data quality management • Integration of Salesforce and external enterprise data sources • Development of KPI dashboards and executive reporting solutions • Dashboard performance tuning, troubleshooting, and production support • Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions • Experience with Agile development, testing, deployment, documentation, and knowledge transfer Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Proven experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics development • Required AI-Assisted Development Experience: Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants such as Cursor AI, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Claude Code, or similar AI-assisted development tools • Ability to demonstrate how AI tools are used to improve development productivity, solution quality, troubleshooting, or code generation Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: 100% Remote Application Instructions: • Interested candidates please share your updated resume, availability, and expected rate.
