Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to take ownership of engineering and act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, prospects, and technology partners in the AI / CRM / SaaS industry. This is a hands-on technical leadership role combining software architecture, development, production operations, integrations, and client-facing technical discussions. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead technical architecture and engineering decisions - Design and deliver features from development through production - Work across frontend, backend, database, mobile, and integrations - Manage production deployments, migrations, monitoring, and incidents - Develop and maintain third-party integrations and APIs - Conduct technical demos and customer/partner discussions - Translate customer requirements into technical solutions - Review technical requirements and contribute to product roadmap - Maintain scalability, security, reliability, and multi-tenant architecture • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 7+ years of experience - Strong hands-on engineering experience, production ownership, and excellent problem-solving skills - Confidence to explain technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders - TypeScript - Node.js / Fastify or similar backend frameworks - React / Next.js - PostgreSQL & SQL - Prisma or similar ORM - REST APIs & Webhooks - Redis / BullMQ or similar background-job systems - AWS (ECS/Fargate, RDS, ALB) - Monorepo experience (Turborepo / pnpm preferred) - Production deployment & incident management - Third-party API integrations & OAuth - AI / LLM-based product development - Nice-to-Have Skills: CRM / Martech / B2B SaaS experience; React Native / Expo; Anthropic / AWS Bedrock; Stripe, Twilio, SES, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365; QuickBooks / Xero / Meta / WhatsApp / LinkedIn integrations; Client-facing consulting or agency experience • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Location: Remote - Contract Duration: 3 Months (Extendable up to 1 Year) - Shift: Full US Business Hours – Preferably US Midwest Hours - Engagement: Fractional to start, with potential to grow • Application Instructions Interested candidates can share their updated CV via email.
