• Role & Company / Project Overview We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer / Technical Lead for a remote opportunity based in the USA, leading engineering teams building serverless and conversational AI systems. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Provide hands-on leadership and technical guidance for a team of 8 to 20 engineers. - Architect and deliver full-stack solutions using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and AWS Serverless Architecture. - Spearhead the development of Conversational AI, RAG, and AI agent platforms. - Drive best practices in automated testing, CI/CD, and AI-assisted software development. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Frontend & Full-Stack: React, Next.js, and TypeScript. - Cloud Architecture: AWS Serverless Architecture. - Generative AI: Claude, AWS Bedrock, LangGraph, Conversational AI, RAG, and AI Agents. - Modern Tooling & Testing: AI-assisted coding tools, GitHub Actions, AWS CDK, and Automated Testing. - Leadership: Hands-on leadership experience directing 8–20 engineers. - Industry Experience: Financial Services experience is preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Remote opportunity based in the USA. • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified. • Application Instructions - Interested professionals are invited to share their updated resume with the recruitment team.
