### Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Embedded Rust, safety-critical systems, and real-time embedded software development. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Lead the design and development of safety-critical embedded software using Rust. • Develop low-level platform software, middleware, device drivers, and real-time applications. • Work with safety standards such as ISO 26262, including FMEA, FMEDA, FTA, and DFA. • Optimize memory usage, startup time, and CPU performance. • Integrate Rust with C/C++, AUTOSAR, Linux, QNX, and RTOS platforms. • Perform code reviews, debugging, and root-cause analysis. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 8+ years of relevant experience. • Strong proficiency in Rust, including ownership, borrowing, lifetimes, traits, and generics. • Experience with Embedded Rust, no_std, FFI, and unsafe Rust. • Expertise in bare-metal development, MCU/MPU, ARM Cortex processors, BSPs, and device drivers. • Experience with RTOS platforms such as FreeRTOS, Zephyr, QNX, or AUTOSAR OS. • Knowledge of communication protocols including SPI, I2C, UART, CAN/CAN-FD, Ethernet, and SOME/IP. • Strong understanding of ISO 26262, ASIL-B/C/D, MISRA, and ASPICE. • Experience with embedded debugging, static analysis, and unit/integration testing. • Preferred: Experience with AUTOSAR Classic, secure boot, cybersecurity, and software-defined vehicles. • Preferred: Knowledge of multicore systems, hypervisors, hardware security modules, and CI/CD pipelines. • Preferred: Experience with tools such as Git, Jenkins, CMake, QEMU, Lauterbach, and CANoe. • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Engagement: C2C Contract. • Location: Please inquire. ### Application Instructions Interested candidates can share their updated resume along with current location, work authorization, availability, and contact details.
