Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a Lead Embedded Systems Engineer (Linux BSP & Open BMC) to join our team working on NXP-based embedded and BMC platforms. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about low-level software development, Linux internals, and embedded platform enablement. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Perform board bring-up and Linux BSP development • Handle Linux kernel and device-driver development • Lead OpenBMC enablement, integration, and customization • Execute hardware-software integration and low-level debugging • Provide customer-facing platform support Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: 6 to 12 Years of relevant experience • Strong expertise in Embedded Linux & Yocto • Linux BSP Development & Board Bring-up • Linux Kernel & Device Driver Development • Strong C Programming proficiency • Solid understanding of U-Boot and Boot Flow • Hands-on experience with ARM-based SoCs • System Debugging skills using JTAG, GDB, and Kernel Tracing • Familiarity with PCIe, Ethernet, DDR, and peripheral interfaces • OpenBMC integration and customization skills • Preferred knowledge of Redfish, IPMI, MCTP, and PLDM protocols • Scripting skills in Python and Bash Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Remote (USA) • Work arrangement: 100% remote Application Instructions: Interested candidates passionate about low-level software development and embedded systems are encouraged to apply directly via email.
