• Role & Company / Project Overview: Urgent hiring for a highly skilled AI Performance Test Architect for a long-term contractual assignment. The position requires specialized expertise in Performance Engineering, advanced performance testing frameworks, Azure Cloud platforms, and Kubernetes architecture. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Conduct end-to-end performance engineering and advanced performance testing across complex enterprise systems. - Design comprehensive performance test strategies, workloads, test scripts, and execution plans. - Execute load, stress, and scalability testing to identify critical performance bottlenecks. - Troubleshoot system issues and optimize AI/ML application performance, availability, and throughput. - Perform deep-dive performance analysis and monitoring across Kubernetes (K8s) clusters. - Analyze performance metrics and provide concrete, actionable architectural recommendations to engineering teams. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Extensive hands-on experience in Performance Engineering and Performance Testing. - Expert-level proficiency with Apache JMeter for enterprise-scale load testing. - Strong hands-on engineering experience within the Microsoft Azure Cloud ecosystem. - Deep practical experience with Kubernetes monitoring, metrics collection, and performance analysis. - Proven understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI (GenAI), and AI-based application architectures. - Outstanding analytical, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and cross-functional team collaboration skills. - Availability to join immediately or on very short notice. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Work Arrangement: 100% Remote. - Engagement Type: Long-Term Contract. • Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive contractual compensation aligned with architect-level industry standards. • Application Instructions: - Submit an updated resume immediately via the specified contact email for priority consideration.
