• Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for a Controls Engineer II to join a full-time opportunity supporting industrial automation, conveyor systems, automated material handling, controls upgrades, retrofits, and field commissioning. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Support industrial automation, conveyor systems, automated material handling, controls upgrades, retrofits, and field commissioning - Program PLC and Ladder Logic systems - Electrical schematics and control panel troubleshooting - Perform field installation, startup, and commissioning - Handle troubleshooting of PLC hardware, software, and communication networks - Manage brownfield retrofits, controls modernization, customer-site commissioning, and production startup • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 2+ years of Controls/Automation Engineering experience - Strong PLC / Ladder Logic programming experience - Experience with Allen-Bradley Studio 5000 / RSLogix - Experience with FactoryTalk View and AutoCAD Electrical - Hands-on knowledge of PLC, HMI, VFD, I/O, sensors, relays, contactors, and safety circuits - Electrical schematics and control panel troubleshooting experience - Field installation, startup, and commissioning expertise - Industrial automation / material handling / conveyor systems background - Troubleshooting skills for PLC hardware, software, and communication networks - Must have valid work authorization to work in the USA - Preferred: Brownfield retrofit and controls modernization experience - Preferred: Knowledge of EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP, Profibus, DeviceNet - Preferred: Conveyor / warehouse automation experience - Preferred: Customer-site commissioning and production startup experience • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Full-Time employment - Location: Customer Sites / Field-Based (USA) - Travel: Up to 50%+ depending on project requirements • Application Instructions Interested candidates should submit their updated resume including Work Authorization, Current Location, Total Experience, Availability, and Willingness to Travel.
