Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking a talented Data Analyst – Retail with 4–6 years of experience to support and drive key retail data analytics initiatives across modern data platforms. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Conduct hands-on data analysis, data extraction, transformation, and processing on retail datasets. • Build, support, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines across modern data infrastructure. • Transform complex, large-scale datasets into actionable, high-impact business insights. • Design, develop, and deliver executive-ready data visualization dashboards and reports. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 4 to 6 years of solid hands-on data analytics experience. • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python. • Practical experience working with ETL/ELT workflows and managing large datasets. • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Hands-on experience using Databricks, PySpark, and Data Lake architectures. • Strong expertise in data visualization tools, specifically Power BI or Tableau. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Work Mode: 100% Remote. • Employment Type: Contract – 6 Months.
