• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring an experienced Senior Data Engineer with strong Databricks expertise to join a challenging data engineering project. This role is offered on a C2C basis with hybrid work arrangements in Houston, TX. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Design and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines. - Develop and optimize large-scale data processing workflows. - Integrate data from multiple diverse sources into Lakehouse architectures. - Implement data quality, monitoring, and data governance practices. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable data solutions. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 10+ years of professional experience in data engineering. - Strong hands-on experience with Databricks and Delta Lake. - Deep expertise in Python, PySpark, and SQL. - Proven experience building scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines. - Comprehensive knowledge of Lakehouse architecture and distributed data processing. - Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). - Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and performance optimization. - Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, data governance, and data security. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid). • Compensation & Benefits - Pay Rate: $65/hr on C2C. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should share their updated resume with details of total experience, Databricks experience, current location, work authorization, and C2C availability to the designated contact email.
